      I haven’t been able to figure out what’s going on with the Coin Meter poster, but it caught my eye too. The only thing I can pick out from the photo is the number 131 on his cap. There was a 131st precinct in Brooklyn in New York City which means it may be Waldo, not Earl in that photo. Waldo lived in Brooklyn up till his passing in 1981, and I don’t know much about him once he moved away from the PA homestead. The 131st doesn’t exist now, and I’m not sure when it was combined or the numbers changed.

      AHA! I may have found a lead on the sign behind the man in uniform. Greenwald Industries claims to have been the largest manufacturer of Coin Meters. They were based out of Brooklyn, starting in the 1950s.
